This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website, applications and/or related services (collectively, the "Service") in regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in Plasmo. Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Log Files
Plasmo follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit Services. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the Service, and gathering demographic information.
Tracking Tools and Opt-Out
The Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and JavaScript (collectively, "Cookies") to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve our Services. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Plasmo, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on Services that you visit.
Note that Plasmo has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
Plasmo's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or Services. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Children's Information

State Law Privacy Rights
California Resident Rights
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes; in order to submit such a request, please contact us at support@plasmo.com. If you do, we have one month to respond to you.
Nevada Resident Rights
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@plasmo.com with the subject line "Nevada Do Not Sell Request" and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account.
European Union Data Subject Rights / GDPR
EU Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union ("EU"), United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") with respect to your Personal Data, as outlined below.

Transfers of Personal Data
The Services are hosted and operated in the United States ("U.S.") through Plasmo and its service providers, and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to Plasmo in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Plasmo to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries.
